This explains ownership of what you put into Brightbill and what you get out, and the limited licence you grant us to run the service.
01You own your inputs
The figures, client names, expense lists, revenue numbers, brand names, colours and logos you enter remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.
02You own your outputs
The documents, charts and reels generated from your figures are yours to use, send, print and publish for your business, subject to your compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
03Licence you grant us
You grant SAVANNAH DP LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and secure the service — for example to render a document, save your work and let you export it. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where we must retain records by law.
04No AI training on your content
We do not use your entered figures, uploaded files or generated outputs to train AI models. Any optional caption assistance sends only minimal neutral text and is not used to train third-party models.
05Our brand and templates
The Brightbill name, template designs and site content are owned by SAVANNAH DP LIMITED and licensed to you only for use within the service. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.
06Export and deletion
You can export your documents and delete your content at any time. To request full deletion, email support@savadp.shop.
