Terms of Service

Brightbill is an online, digital software-as-a-service tool that formats the figures you enter into documents, charts and short summary reels. It is delivered entirely online; there are no physical goods, shipping, on-site work, repair, installation or certification.

Brightbill is not an accountant, auditor, tax adviser or financial adviser, and using it does not create any such relationship. Every output only formats and presents the numbers you provide. Nothing produced is a tax filing, audited financial statement, or accounting, investment or financial advice. You are responsible for checking every figure and for consulting a licensed professional for financial decisions.

Brightbilldoes not collect, hold, escrow or transfer any of your customers' payments. Payment details shown on a generated invoice are handled through your own channels. The only payment we process is your own subscription fee to us, via Stripe.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You may not use the service if you are under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree to use Brightbill only for genuine, lawful billing and record-keeping. You must not create false or misleading invoices, fabricate financial records, or use the tool for tax evasion, money laundering or any unlawful purpose. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in US dollars (USD) monthly or yearly through Stripe. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You keep ownership of the figures, client details and branding you enter, and of the outputs generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process them to operate the service. See the Content License.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, templates or these terms; material changes will be notified and the "last updated" date changed.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of any figure you enter. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVANNAH DP LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of documents or visuals you generate. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. Contact support@savadp.shop with any question.
