Questions before you subscribe
- Are there credits or top-ups?
- No. Every plan is a pure subscription. Your document allowance resets each month and does not roll over. There is no stored balance and nothing to withdraw.
- What currency am I billed in?
- All plans are priced and charged in US dollars (USD). The Stripe-hosted checkout collects payment; Brightbill never sees your full card number.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from the customer portal and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
- Does a plan give financial advice?
- Never. Every plan only formats and visualises the figures you enter. Brightbill is not an accountant, auditor, tax or financial adviser.
