- How do I export a Numbers Pack?
- In the Studio, generate your document then choose Export Numbers Pack. It opens a print-ready view you can save as a PDF from your browser.
- The reel won't export.
- Reel export uses your browser's canvas recording. Use a recent Chrome, Edge or Firefox. If export is unavailable, play the reel and screen-record it.
- How do I change or cancel my plan?
- Manage your subscription from the customer portal linked in your account emails. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period.
- Can I delete my data?
- Yes. Email us and we will remove your account and stored figures. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
- Does Brightbill file taxes or give advice?
- No. Brightbill formats the numbers you enter. It is not an accountant, auditor, tax or financial adviser.
