Refund & Cancellation Policy

Brightbill is a pure subscription service billed in US dollars. This policy explains cancellation, renewals and when refunds apply.
01Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans (Billing and Studio) renew automatically each month or year in USD until you cancel. Your card is charged by Stripe at the start of each period.
02Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your account emails, or by emailing support@savadp.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and your monthly document allowance remains available until then.
03Allowance does not carry over
Monthly document allowances reset each period and do not roll over. There are no credits, top-ups or stored balance, so there is no balance to refund on cancellation.
04Refunds
- Because access is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a period has started.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
- If a document or chart does not look right, use the Studio to regenerate it first — regeneration is included in your plan.
- Statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law are unaffected.
05Free plan
The Sketch plan is free and requires no payment, so no refunds apply. You can stop using it at any time.
